Meet Sam and Holly, 
They are first home buyers and contacted dm consult for assistance to obtain finance. They wanted to know whether they could obtain finance to purchase their first house and what options were available for them based on their financial position. In other words, they wanted a 2020 view of what they could or couldn’t do. 
They listen to the options and identified one that would place them in the best position to obtain finance from a loan criteria and pricing point of view. Whilst there was a twist to the end of the process, they achieved their goal of being home owners.
