New Mortgage, New Home!

Meet Maika and Paua,

They contacted Darrin at dm consult to ascertain whether they could borrow funds to purchase a property with a 20% deposit, and be eligible for a new mortgage. They had taken direction from Rosie, a relative in Auckland, to position themselves to apply for finance to purchase their first house. The components of their application were a great deposit via Kiwisaver and savings, little or no debt, two great incomes, responsible spending , a good credit check and bank account conduct.

Based on this, they received a conditional approval, their new mortgage!

All this left them to do was find a house to purchase.

After a while of looking at properties in their price range, they found a property that they liked. They placed an offer and this resulted in a purchase.

Now Maika and Paua are over the moon as they have achieved their goal and are now on the property ladder.
