They used dm consult’s services to purchase their first house on the mainland of New Zealand, as they had lived on the Chatham’s where they operated their world famous Café on the island, up until they left.
Almost two years down the track, they decided they had had enough of the big smoke (Hastings) in comparison to the Chatham’s, and needed assistance with re-approval of finance and the transferring of current borrowing to a new title.
Like a road sweeper, Darrin came in and swept any issues aside to obtain a result they wanted. Now they are the proud owners of a little lifestyle property where the Vikings reside.
