They were referred to dm consult by a family member to look at the best options for them to purchase a home. They had previously approached their own bank but the lending fell short of the market, so they wanted to keep their options open. With bank criteria varying greatly, dm consult were able to obtain two loan approvals and this lovely couple chose the best option to achieve the purchase price for the property they had their hearts set on. They are now making big plans for the property that they will share with their four children.
