They spent some time with Amy going through the different options and ideas that they could explore. After coming up with a plan together, Amy approached the banks and got the successful outcome of a pre-approval for them. After finalising the pieces of the puzzle, they managed to go unconditional on their new home. Not only did Sarah and Josh not have to compete with the busy market here in Hawkes Bay, they saved the hassle of moving and get to stay in their home with so many memories.
