Meet Gladys

Gladys contacted dm consult as she wanted to look at the option of buying a property in Hawkes Bay. Having already partially paid for a property through a rent to buy agreement, Gladys needed some advice on how to obtain finance to pay the remaining balance, allowing full ownership of the property and the ability to use the equity gained for her next property. This is not the typical scenario for financial advice so Amy got to work to determine bank criteria and obtained approval for the rent to buy property. Gladys is now the proud owner of her property and will continue to work with Amy for her next property purchase.
