Meet Layton and Rochelle,

Rochelle had been living and renting a property off her parents for many years, they gave her the opportunity with Layton to take ownership of the property. They had approached their bank but had no luck, so they were referred to dm consult to look for a finance solution.

After having a pow wow with the related parties an application was taken and options sort. An ideal option was identified which enabled the purchase to proceed, now Layton and Rochelle are homeowners.
