Kem has come to understand the term “taking a leap of faith”. This came a few years back when he found a little jewel of a section in a well regarded address in Havelock North where he build his first house.
A few years down the track Kem saw an opportunity to buy a well-known jewellery business in Hastings. He was faced with taking another leap of faith to back his ability to proceed with the purchase. Kem needed finance to make the purchase so he called dm consult to seek finance advice and to apply for business finance. Darrin was able to quickly sort what Kem needed to proceed with the purchase while Kem completed his due diligence on the business, and took advice from an Accountant and his Solicitor along with market research to make sure this business was a viable enterprise.
