They had been to the bank and had been given an approval, however they weren’t getting the answers to their questions relating to Finance, Kiwisaver, purchasing their first home, and third-party assistance. So they gave dm consult a call to take over the process, to answer the questions and to offer options.

Obtaining the finance was a formality, however taking them through the third-party assistance process took time, to enable the parties to seek independent legal advice and to ensure everyone was comfortable with what they were doing.
