Justin and Kalya and their friendly Golden Retriever Cooper were referred to dm consult by Trish, Kalyla’s colleague at the DHB who is a client of Darrin’s, and recommended by Real Estate Agent, Tony Judson.
They needed to achieve the impossible as they required an unconditional sale on their house before they went to Auction to purchase a property.
Darrin told them what they needed to do and referred them to their Solicitor to take advice around the sale of their house, but also if they were unsuccessful in buying at auction that they wouldn’t have to sell their home.
In the meantime, Darrin looked at finance options and came up with two that would help achieve Justin and Kayla’s goal. After doing their due diligence on the auction property they decided to walk away, however all wasn’t lost as the work Darrin had put in to obtaining finance for them enabled them to place a cash offer on another property.
Darrin was available at anytime to take their calls or answer their emails through what was a very stressful time for them.
