Meet Claire and Ben

Ben is an existing client with dm consult having purchased a previous property through Darrin, and was happy to introduce his partner Claire. They were both wanting to apply to purchase their next house together, as Claire had recently sold her property.

Claire was pretty keen to stay with her bank, so with this in mind, Darrin put an application for them both and obtained a pre-approval in their joint names.

With this in hand, they went into search mode and identified a pretty central property to they were keen on. Their real estate agent was able to cobble together an offer which resulted in a purchase for Ben and Claire!
