Meet Chris & Michelle, and his Chris’s parents Carol & Mike.
Three years ago, Chris and Michelle embarked on home ownership with the backing from Chris’s parents. Chris and Michelle had a grand plan not just to own their first house but to do a total revamp on the interior of the house.
Chris’s parents were 100% behind this well thought out plan as they looked into the mechanic of the project and wanted to do it in style. The risk was over-capitalising, however the work they completed on the house and the growth in the market has allowed them to ride the crest of the property market wave to enable them to refinance, removing the support they were given by Chris’s parents. The reward being, parents are happy with what they have achieved, and Chris and Michelle have gone fishing!
