Ceara was referred to dm consult early this year to assist with restructuring her home finance. After a change in life circumstances, Ceara wanted some guidance and direction on how to proceed so that she could take sole ownership of the property she and her two children live in. Emma worked with Ceara to get all of her ducks in a row so that a refinance could take place. When the time was right Emma assisted Ceara to structure her loan and she looks forward to continuing to work with Ceara in the future when it is time to re-fix.
