Bev and Seamus were referred to dm consult by their mate Ross Morgan from Property Brokers.
They are two very hard-working proprietors of the Omahu Motor Lodge. They are positioning themselves for retirement and needed finance to purchase their future retirement home which they will use as a holiday home in the interim, until they sell their business.
Having moved from Auckland some time ago to Hawke’s Bay, they saw the province as a good place to run a business and to live, and to eventually retire.
They see their efforts like drinking a fine vintage red wine while gazing at a beautiful view of the Bay.
