Meet Sharna & Callum

Third times a charm! This lovely and ambitious young couple have called on Emma’s assistance for a third time since purchasing their first home back in 2018.  This time they were looking to upgrade to their long term family home. Initially Sharna and Callum had planned to build their dream home but with long delays at all stages of building, their plans changed and they have now purchased a near new home in a great location. Through the process Emma supported the couple through the different stages and worked through different scenarios to help them achieve the finance approval they required to meet their financial and family lifestyle goals!
