I met Anna at a social function, I knew that I knew Anna from somewhere, but couldn’t think where?  After we got chatting the penny dropped – Mitre 10!  My wife and I are regulars there and have seen Anna in the Garden department on many occasions.  After we had established that it came to light that Anna’s son was looking at home ownership in Wellington.  I suggested that we perhaps have a catch up the next time he was in Hawkes Bay for a chat and to see how realistic this was.  After an excellent first catch up with Jacob and Anna and after crunching some numbers and explaining what options were open to him we forged forward with the application with Jacob’s savings, which were impressive to say the least, and with the support of his Mum we were able to secure a pre-approval with very few conditions.  After finding a bank with policies that aligned with what Jacob and Anna were needing, we secured Jacob his first home in Wellington which is perfect for him as this is where he is currently based and where he works as one of the most successful sales representatives in his Branch.

So a win all round, Anna and Jacob were awesome to deal with.  Given Anna is based in the Bay and Jacob in Wellington, demographic no problem for dm consult mortgages + insurance, or our happy customers.  Thank you both, wish you all the best Jacob & look forward to seeing you when you visit us in a year’s time.

Home ownership in the capital is very high performing for such a young professional – something tells me that Jacob will do very well.
