Over 12 months ago I received a call from Christina and Jayme who had built the superstructure of their Barn House, however their bank wasn’t supportive of funding the rest of the build, so they needed to find a solution and they had chosen dm consult to find that solution.
dm consult approached the incumbent banker to give them an opportunity to retain the business before sourcing finance from elsewhere. A keen lender who saw the opportunity quickly approved their application, which enabled Jayme and Christina to proceed with completing their dream home.
Over the past 12 months they have toiled in mostly their spare time – Jayme the Builder and Christina the Project Manager and general hand to achieve a fine end result.
