First Home Purchase
Meet Sam and Allanah,
They are first homeowners, but they are taking a different track and building their first house. They contacted Darrin at dm consult to organise finance for the section purchase and the construction.
They are fortunate to have the support of family which has made the journey smoother for them rather than having to over borrow 80% of LVR.
They are now the proud owners of a section and are planning the next stage of the project which is the build
